Meet Tony
Continuing to serve. Committed to listen.
I have served on the Lowell Planning Commission since June 2019. In this role, I review and vote on land-use and development matters. The Commission acts directly on conditional-use permits, large-scale developments, plats, and lot or tract splits. For rezonings, land-development-code changes, and amendments to plans such as the Master Street Plan, we forward recommendations to the City Council, which makes the final decision. This work has given me a close view of the opportunities and responsibilities that come with Lowell's growth.
My background in education, technology, project leadership, and community planning is grounded in a simple belief: good public service begins with careful preparation, honest communication, and respect for every resident.
